Sign-Up Form
This link is provided for the sole use of EPCUG members to sign up for the
EPCUG E-Mail List. Not sure if you are still a member? Did you get a
newsletter in the mail this month? If you did, you are still a member.
If you are not currently a member, your subscription to the list will
be denied until you fulfill the single membership requirement for the Elkhart
PC Users Group: attend an EPCUG meeting and fill out a membership form.
Continued membership after that requires only that you attend 1 meeting per
6 months.
For dates, times, and location of our meetings, see our
newsletter available at local businesses of computers or computer services in
the Elkhart, Goshen, Mishawaka, South Bend, and other surrounding Indiana
areas.
You must enter your mailing address as it is on the newsletter
mailing list, as that is what we use to verify your membership. Please know
that no one sees this form after you fill it out other than the list owner.
You will receive no spam nor will this information be given to anyone as a
result of filling out this form. You are sending it to the List Owner
who already has it, but will simply verify it.
